Open GoShare PSI
- Log in with your usual username and password
- Go to the Filter patients using query screen
- Click the Online query library drop down, select the + next to My Symptom Check-in and Select the filter: NPCC – All Participating patients
- Click Run Query / Filter
- Review the patient list
- Confirm the patients listed are appropriate to receive the survey
- Important: if a patient has passed away, ensure they are marked as ‘Deceased’ in Best Practice so they do not appear in this list. Optionally untick any patient you do not want to send this bundle to.
- Click Next then name the activity: NPCC Patient survey
- Click into the ‘Bundle Selection’ text box and choose: NPCC Patient Survey
- Send the bundle to patients by both SMS and Email by ticking both boxes next to each option
- Please send yourself a test message by click ‘Send Test’ – Check that everything looks correct.
- Then click ‘Send Bundle’ to send the survey to all patients
Note for practices
Before sending, please make sure your patient records are up to date. If a patient has passed away, they should have a ‘Deceased’ ticked in BP and be subsequently marked as inactive so they are excluded from the sending list.
